Robert Brennan joined Suitter Axland in 2019 after practicing locally in Salt Lake City for the previous four years in the area of civil litigation.  He is admitted to practice in Utah State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Utah and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Mr. Brennan’s practice areas include general civil litigation, insurance defense, personal injury and tort defense, construction defects, and appeals.

Education: University of Utah (B.A. in English, B.A. in Political Science, 2011); S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah (J.D. 2015).

Personal: Mr. Brennan was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah.
